Authentication
Every request is authenticated with bearer auth. Your Bridge ID is the token.
Base URL
https://api.scorescrape.iowss://api.scorescrape.ioYour Bridge ID
Pick a bridge to fill in its ID on this page, or copy your own from the dashboard.
Keep it secret
A Bridge ID grants read access to that bridge's data. Don't commit it to source control or ship it in client-side code. Store it as a server-side secret.
Making a request
Send the Bridge ID in the Authorization header:
curl --request GET \
--url https://api.scorescrape.io/v1/bridge \
--header 'Accept: application/json' \
--header 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_BRIDGE_ID'A missing or invalid Bridge ID returns 401 Unauthorized.
WebSocket handshake
Send the same Authorization header when opening the socket. The browser
WebSocket API can't set custom headers, so authenticate from a server, not the
client. Postman and most server-side WebSocket libraries support handshake headers directly.
Postman
Under Authorization, choose
Bearer Token and paste in
YOUR_BRIDGE_ID. Works for both HTTP and WebSocket requests.
